For Horses: Equine Myofascial Release ® (EMFR)
Horses can benefit from MFR as much as people can. Their anatomy is similar enough to ours that the basic principles are the same. You just have to brace yourself a bit more, so you’re ready if they decide to lean in to an elbow in the shoulder, for example. They definitely let you know when they like a particular technique!
